Refund Policy

Because every product is made to order, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse or size exchanges. We ask that you consult the size guide before ordering.

What we cover

We will replace or fully refund your order if:

• Your item arrives damaged or defective
• You received the wrong item
• Your order was lost in transit

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Email us at hello@rebelsandrights.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

What we don't cover

• Size exchanges (please check the size chart before ordering)
• Change of mind after order is placed
• Damage caused by improper washing (check the care label)

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
