We stand behind every order. If something's wrong, we'll make it right.

Because all products are printed on demand, we don't accept returns for buyer's remorse or size changes (please use our size guide before ordering). However, we take full responsibility for defects, damage, or errors on our end.

What We Cover

  • Defective items — printing errors, misprints, fading, or manufacturing defects
  • Damaged in shipping — crushed, torn, or otherwise damaged during transit
  • Wrong item sent — you received the wrong product, size, or color
  • Lost packages — if tracking shows delivered but it never arrived, we'll investigate and reship

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at support@rebelsandrights.com within 30 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue
  3. We'll review and respond within 2 business days
  4. If approved, we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice

Size Exchanges

We can't exchange for size unless the item is defective. Before ordering, please check our Size Guide — it includes measurements for all our products. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Timeframe

  • Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval
  • Replacements are produced and shipped within the standard 2–5 business day window
